U.S. District Judge Troy Nunley in Sacramento, California on March 27 issued an order requiring Nexstar to keep Tegna's assets separate in response to a federal antitrust lawsuit filed by DirecTV. He said Friday he would make some changes to the order to address concerns raised by Nexstar.
