- Tom Hanks has some marriage advice for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce ahead of their big day.

- The *Toy Story 5* actor shared that his biggest piece of advice is: "The man must make the waffles on Sunday."

- Swift, who penned a song for the animated sequel, announced her engagement to Kelce last August.

While walking the red carpet at the *Toy Story 5** *premiere in Los Angeles on Tuesday, the two-time Oscar-winning actor was asked to share his marriage advice for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce ahead of their big day.

"The man must make the waffles on Sunday,” Hanks told E! News.

Hanks returns as the brave Sheriff Woody in the upcoming Pixar sequel, which features an original song written and performed by Swift during its credits titled “I Knew It, I Knew You.”

While speaking with E! News, the *Big* star revealed that he was totally kept in the dark about Swift’s involvement in the animated film.

“We were told the day it came out," Hanks said. “They said, ‘Tonight at nine o’clock, Taylor Swift is going to be dropping the song that ends our movie.’ And I said, ‘Well, I’ve seen the movie and there was no Taylor Swift [song].’ ‘We know.’”

He jokingly added that it was “diabolical” to have kept the secret even from him. “They don’t trust us,” he said. “And there’s a brain trust that goes along that I am not a part of. So I just do what I’m told.”

Released on June 5, Swift’s “I Knew It, I Knew You” appears to be written for everyone’s favorite cowgirl Jesse (Joan Cusack) and features lyrics about reuniting with a beloved friend after a long time spent apart.

The 14-time Grammy winner surprised audiences at the premiere by taking to the stage to perform the track as well as an emotional rendition of “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” with its original singer-songwriter, Randy Newman.
