Meghan Markle Seemingly Hits Back at Divorce Rumors With Bold T-Shirt

Meghan Markle wore a T-shirt that seemingly aimed to shut down rumors of a pending divorce with Prince Harry.
The Duchess of Sussex wore the bold top, which said “It’s giving Mrs” in a birthday video that she posted on Instagram on Tuesday, and this caused attention given that there is still speculation about her marriage to Prince Harry.
On August 4, the Duchess of Sussex, who is 45 years old, uploaded a video in which she is seen dancing in the kitchen of the Montecito house that she shares with Prince Harry, who is 41.
Prince Harry is heard saying “Oh dear” behind the camera as she is dancing.
Markle was wearing a white T-shirt with white lounge pants and a plastic birthday tiara.
There were birthday balloons on the kitchen island. Markle and Harry celebrated eight years of their marriage in May.
People who use social media have observed that the style of T-shirt in question is usually worn by girls who are about to get married at their bachelorette parties or by newlyweds.
The shirt attracted some attention on Reddit, as one user stated, “Okay, I might be thick, but I don’t understand the point of the T-shirt.”
Another user on Reddit replied, “It’s pointless to be reminding everybody that she’s not going anywhere and talking about ‘divorce watch’.”
A third user, in response to a question as to whether the shirt was intended for a bridal party, stated that “yes, it is a pretty recent catchphrase (within the last two years) and that therefore she got the shirt on purpose recently.”

One of the fourth commenters said, “That really is cringe. It’s actually quite weird and odd to buy any kind of product that has a mrs/marriage theme at any time apart from the year you get married. Being married is not a personality trait and it shouldn’t be the most interesting thing about anyone, lol.”
In recent weeks, Markle and Harry have followed different schedules.
Last month, Harry went to the United Kingdom by himself in order to take part in the kickoff events for the 2027 Birmingham Invictus Games, an event to which Markle has previously attended.
However, Markle and the couple’s two children, Archie, who is seven years old, and Lilibet, who is five years old, pulled out of the trip at the last minute on the grounds of security concerns.
Markle and the children then went to the U.K. on a private visit, and the family had tea with King Charles III and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House, RadarOnline.com says.
Harry stated in an appearance on a podcast while he was in the U.K. that his job title is “Prince of England”. He then later appeared by himself on the red carpet at the TIME100 Sports event in New York City.
On July 23nd Markle posted pictures from what she referred to as the family’s ‘summer holiday’, showing photos taken during their stay in Portugal and those from their visit to Princess Diana’s gravesite in England.
