- Mario Lopez is facing criticism for posting an AI-generated video of his niece.

- The video shared to his X and Instagram accounts on Sunday depicted Kalia Wong eating two hot dogs at a Dodgers game in a manner many fans found disturbing.

- One X user who downloaded and shared the video after Lopez deleted the post described it as “creepy.”

Fans are not happy with Mario Lopez.

The *Saved by the Bell *alum, who currently hosts both *Access Hollywood *and the syndicated radio program *On with Mario Lopez*, shared an AI-generated video to his X and Instagram accounts on Sunday that prompted a swift backlash.

Lopez has since deleted the video from both of his accounts. But users on both platforms have shared screenshots of Lopez’s original post. Others have downloaded and re-uploaded the 15-second clip, which manipulates a real video of Lopez and his niece, Kalia Wong, at a Los Angeles Dodgers game that he shared on Sunday.

The video being blasted as “creepy” and “disturbing” depicts Wong aggressively eating two hot dogs covered in mustard and relish.

“I can’t take her anywhere,” the AI dupe of Lopez says, adding “oh my God, look at you!” as the condiments spray out of her mouth. The AI dupe of Wong yells that the hot dogs are “so good,” before the clip cuts to a close-up shot of Lopez’s niece smearing mustard across her face.

The caption of Lopez’s original post, which was not generated or modified in any way by X’s native agent Grok, read, “Sunshine, baseball, family… doesn’t get much better than that. Let’s keep this postseason momentum rolling.”

Though the comment sections on the X and Instagram shares of the AI video were deleted along with the posts themselves, users continue to decry Lopez’s creation.

“What the hell did I just watch?” asked one commenter under a post sharing the video. Another commenting under journalist Yashar Ali’s share of the original post called the video “creepy and disturbing.”

Wong is the daughter of Lopez’s sister, Marissa Lopez, and retired NFL player Kailee Wong.

“Hotter than a Dodger dog on the grill out there, but the Dodgers might be even hotter,” Lopez said in the original video posted from the Dodgers’ game against the Boston Red Sox. “Big moves. Let’s go, Skubal. Big expectations, and I’m all-in for this postseason push. Let’s do it.”
