Jessica Simpson celebrated her 46th birthday with a tropical getaway at Cabuya Villa in Turks & Caicos

She shared photos of her trip, including stylish outfits, a private beach, and a sprinkle-covered birthday cake

Simpson recently reflected on her music career and fans reigniting her passion for performing after a 15-year hiatus

Jessica Simpson is celebrating 46 with a look inside her tropical birthday getaway to Turks & Caicos.

Simpson, 46, shared photos from the island trip in an Instagram post on Monday, Aug. 3. “Belated birthday moments in paradise at Cabuya Villa in Turks & Caicos with the most amazing team at @lacurevillas and @pavilionluxuryvillas who took care of every single detail,” she captioned the photos.‘Endless sunshine, boat days, our own private beach, incredible food and the absolute sweetest staff ❤️,” she concluded the caption.

In the first photo, Simpson can be seen soaking up the sun while wearing a pair of retro-inspired sunglasses paired with a leopard print flowy dress, a dainty hand chain, and a turquoise ring. The next photo showed off her birthday cake, which featured colorful sprinkles and “Happy Birthday Jessica” in red lettering flanked by gold “46” candles.

In the next photo, Simpson posed for a mirror selfie in a black bikini top paired with a long black skirt, medallion belt, and a shell necklace. In the next few photos, Simpson takes in the island’s tropical views while wearing a leopard-print bikini.

The singer celebrated turning 46 on July 10.

More than a year after the end of her marriage to Eric Johnson, the singer recently opened up about reconnecting with music and performing live for fans after years away from the stage.

In an Instagram post shared on June 8, the “Leave” singer expressed gratitude to the fans who come out to see her perform following the release of her EP Nashville Canyon Pt. 2, saying that they have “resurrected my purpose.”

“I haven’t been able to fully express myself in ways that make the most sense for my life,” she wrote. “Each and every single one of you that bless my heart by comin’ to MY HOME on the stage have become a major part of my journey through the pain and the joy.”
