Sophie Rain revealed that she spent close to $200,000 on her three-day Coachella trip — and tells PEOPLE why the experience would be worth the cost
“I never had the chance simply because my family was not rich enough and we lived in poverty,” says the influencer. “So I really wanted to make this moment special and go all out!”
Rain has previously made headlines for earning tens of millions from content creation on the subscription-based platform OnlyFans
Sophie Rain is revealing how much she spent for a weekend at Coachella — and why the eye-popping price tag was worth the expense.
As the iconic musical festival approaches, the 21-year-old content creator took to TikTok, where she shared that she had spent close to $200,000 for her three-day trip to Indio, Calif.
In her video, posted on April 9, Rain said that she was bringing the entire Bop House — a collective of Florida creators known for posting OnlyFans content — as well as their assistants and stylists, meaning she had to purchase 12 passes to the festival for nearly $68,000. She also said that she spent over $83,000 for their Airbnb, another $37,000 on a private jet to and from the festival, and around $5,000 on her outfits for the weekend.
Her grand total? $193,845.
“All my life I have wanted to go to Coachella,” she said in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE, explaining why the price tag was worth it. “I never had the chance simply because my family was not rich enough and we lived in poverty. So I really wanted to make this moment special and go all out!”

Since her video with the cost breakdown, Rain has shared several updates as she makes her way to the desert — packing her suitcase and boarding her private jet.

Rain has been transparent about her income sources: In 2024, she revealed that she had earned over $43 million on OnlyFans, a subscription-based platform known for adult content.
She’s also been an outspoken critic of recent statements by Florida gubernatorial candidate James Fishback to charge OnlyFans creators a steep “sin tax” on revenue to help improve the public school system.
“Why are you taxing the creator, why not the subscriber?! By that logic, this makes no sense,” she previously told PEOPLE in January, criticizing the candidate’s proposal. “Florida is OnlyFans central. You are just going to drive them out of the state, then what? Fishback is going to go after a group of people who work very hard for their money, just because he himself is against it, is wrong.”

Coachella has also made headlines in recent years for rising ticket costs. Between 2020 and 2025, the starting price for tickets rose over $200, and last year, roughly 60% of attendees reportedly used a payment plan to afford their tickets — up from only 18% when their buy-now-pay-later program was launched in 2009.
Known for its star-studded lineup, this year’s festival will include headlining performances from Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, Karol G and Anyma.
