Things are heating up in the Walters household.

** has an exclusive sneak peek at the highly anticipated third season of *My Life With the Walter Boys* ahead of its Netflix premiere on Thursday, and it’s clear that Jackie (Nikki Rodriguez) isn’t backing down from her feelings after declaring her love for Cole (Noah LaLonde) during the season 2 finale — despite still being in a relationship with his brother Alex (Ashby Gentry).

The clip (below) sees Cole and Jackie colliding in the hallway — with Cole conveniently wearing nothing more than a towel, still dripping wet from his shower— as they check in with each other about Walter patriarch George’s (Marc Blucas) health and the feelings they have for one another.

As Jackie confesses that she feels “so bad” about not going to visit George in the hospital after he suffered a stroke, Cole encourages her to come with him. She hesitates, reminding him she lost both her parents and sister in a fatal car accident just a few years prior.

“My parents and Lucy were taken to a hospital,” she murmurs as Cole quickly apologizes. “Jackie, I’m sorry, I didn’t know,” he coos, but she’s more concerned about how he’s holding up.

“You sure you’re OK?” she asks, to which he replies, “Don’t worry about me. I’m good.”

Before going their separate ways, Jackie moves close to Cole to make one thing clear: “I meant what I said that night,” she says while gazing longingly into his eyes, referencing the love confession that came minutes before George’s medical emergency. Cole doesn’t hesitate to confirm, “Yeah. So did I.”

Season 3 of *MLWTWB* will pick up immediately after the final moments of season 2, when Jackie, who has been dating Alex for months, shares her true feelings with Cole during a heated argument. As Cole reciprocates the sentiment, they both realize that Alex is standing outside, witnessing the entire thing go down.

As if confessing one’s love for their boyfriend’s brother wasn’t bad enough, season 2 marks the second time Cole and Jackie went behind Alex’s back, as they previously kissed in season 1 while Jackie and Alex were in a relationship.

Alex ultimately found a way to forgive her and took her back, but Jackie’s heart clearly couldn’t move on from Cole.

According to Netflix, Jackie — and other characters — will learn that it’s ”okay to go after what you want” in season 3. While that certainly looks like Cole, she technically hasn’t called it quits with Alex yet, and, as the trailer shows, childhood friend Eliot (Naveen Paddock) could also add complications.

Elsewhere, Alex will throw his focus into his new rodeo team, while Cole will get back in the driver’s seat of his life by taking up competitive racing, and Jackie finds solace in developing a community space for the town of Silver Falls.
